Week of May 21 -24
It's here! The last week of 3rd grade! It has been a great year full of multiplication facts and fractions to learning about the life cycle of butterflies and frogs and learning about the stars at MOSI planetarium . The best thing for me was watching the kids develop their sense of humor and the many jokes that were shared.
Although I said my good-byes last Friday, I told the kids that I would be thinking about them all week and that I look forward to seeing them next school. I know the week will go fast for them. I left some fun (and yummy) activities for Mrs. De Castro to do with the students. They will end the year trading autographs, eating ice cream and pizza, and sharing with their classmates their "bucket lists" for the summer.
Thank you so much for a wonderful school year. I appreciate all the support from home. Have a wonderful summer with your kiddos. Stop by the classroom next August to say hello!
